Hello forum community,
I have been reading here for a while and really find this forum great.
My family and I are planning to purchase a plot of land near my parents-in-law and then build on it. The whole situation is already difficult enough, considering the outer area, etc.
According to our architect, we would be allowed to build a bungalow with the dimensions 10x11 m there. Regardless of the size of the bungalow, we would now like to deepen the possibility of purchasing the plot in general. Of course, price comes into play immediately as well.
The current standard land value of the plot is 40 €/m2 and of the total 1500 m2, 600 may not even be built on.
What do you think would be a realistic price per m2 for such a plot, or what demands could still be accepted in this case?
I would be really grateful for a little assessment. Demand is currently rather moderate, after all.
