I find it interesting that the same answer comes up in different forums:

Plot not bad, but not for the [TE]'s planned off-the-shelf bungalow.

So reconsider the bungalow or continue searching for a plot...

Presumably the signature for a hundred-and-ten-square-meter bungalow is already set at Town & Country. :rolleyes:

3.17m over 36.8 m approx. 9% slope Your house is at the NE point 1.8 m + 0.75 m so 2.55 m above ground level. As said, either rethink or choose another plot.

The property is not messed up. Just not necessarily suitable for a bungalow - if you absolutely don't want a basement, I would at least recommend a partial basement. Find an architect and get started

The plot is great, having a bungalow on it is unusual since it will not be cost-optimized in terms of usable space. If you don't mind that, there's nothing else speaking against it.
