Protect the LAN cable on the outside wall, but how?

I wouldn't worry too much about UV radiation for the certainly quite short time the cable is hanging there. The only thing I would do is make sure that no water gets into the cable.

Pull a small balloon over it and tightly fasten it with a cable tie. It stays sealed for at least a year (because of UV).

I have to bring up the topic here again. So far, we still see no need to use the connection. The orange cable has now faded a bit after a year, so I finally have to take action. How could I attach such a socket to the exterior facade? I would prefer not to drill unnecessarily into the facade. However, there is also a telescopic device carrier built into the facade specifically to attach something directly there, so I am currently considering what makes the most sense. Or should I first put a protective conduit over the entire cable or simply a plastic bag / balloon over the Keystone module? Questions on questions... By the way, underneath there is also an outlet for the not yet existing awning. Of course, it is without power and fitted with Vagos. Do I also have to take any action there in any way?
