Hello,
in the property tax calculation, the terrace is accounted for at 25%. But how does it look if
the terrace is not attached to the house, but stands 10m away in the garden? Does it then also have to be declared?

This is not a terrace, but a paved area.

"A terrace (from Latin terra = earth, ground) is an open larger area (platform) at a house, intended for outdoor stay"
