I have seen about 60-65€ (Gebäude + Elementar + Hausrat) per month, that seems quite a lot to me.

Compare on the common portals. I don't know if I am allowed to name them here, just search for insurance comparison. What you pay depends heavily on the area.

Yes, I have already compared at Check24, but with insurance it is very difficult to compare and especially to find good insurance

For household contents, I would look at Ammerländer. They always receive top marks for the scope of benefits and willingness to pay. However, in terms of the pure premium, they are also not the cheapest. You have to look at the details here.

Would it make sense to take building including elemental damage and household contents from one insurance? Or does it not matter?

Can it happen in case of damage that two different insurances try to avoid paying and say that the other insurance has to pay?
