Good evening everyone,

we are faced with the choice between 4 plots.

Which one would you take? The options are 1, 2, 3, 4.
How would you position the terrace/garden/double garage?
We are not sure - since the largest part of the garden will face north and a north-facing terrace is not very practical, right? Please help us :)
Which plot is most suitable for creating a nice garden/terrace?

Plot 1: 852 sqm, it does not have to be built "diagonally," the development plan is just a suggestion!
Plot 2: 761 sqm, the garage would have to be built on the left because there is only a small path on the south part of the street (hatched area)
Plot 3: 742 sqm
Plot 4: 843 sqm

All plots lie in a row, to the north there is a power line, so a distance to the northern boundary must be kept! Building is not allowed to the north.

We still have free choice - but we need to decide quickly.

Thanks for your advice

Best regards

Otherwise, I would have wavered between 2 and 4, but because of the [Himmelsrichtung], 4 is my clear favorite: it offers the most width for a west garden.

Ah, I forgot the prices:
1: 35 k
2: 31 k
3: 45 k
4: 50 k

I would also take number 4. Number 1 is completely out, number 2 because of the garage in the south, which would probably also have to be in the southwest corner for number 3, right? That leaves number 4, as already says, the most space for a southwest garden and the possibility to place the garage in the (south) east. With the plot prices, you can easily go for the largest one. 50k ... insane, here you would barely get the driveway and the carport space :-D

I could also come up with something for 1 and 2, and certainly not something difficult, but I would tend towards 3 or 4 because they are wider (Westen)
For 2, you could place the terrace between the garage and the house, which would provide wind protection and some originality; with 1, I find the orientation of the house on the sides extraordinary and it therefore offers more room for design.

No fear of a north garden: I am currently noticing, especially in these sunny days, that we do have sun in the north too - the whole morning and then from the afternoon until sunset. We no longer have that in the south at that time.
And in fact, some sun falls into the north bathroom in the evening, and that in April ;)
