Plot selection and house orientation: Which one would you choose?

My favorite is 1. I would also build it slanted like that. Carport to the northeast.

One more aspect: If we align the house diagonally on plot 1, then we will have more sun on the west terrace in the evening, since the orientation of the house would be exactly south and not, as with the other 3 plots, south-southeast?

I would take the two or four, probably more the four to be able to create a terrace in the west.

West is in the same place everywhere, and the sun shines on each plot for the same amount of time.

Don't drive yourself crazy: the neighbor on your left is also building, so eventually the sun will disappear behind that.
Or your garage might be in the way.
And with these plot sizes, you’ll have several seating areas anyway.
