Ok, is then probably only of interest for establishments where the whirlpool runs all year round. Is the heating cost saving from Kfw55 to KfW40 significant? A heat pump is used everywhere, correct? Or are there different concepts to meet Kfw standards?

You are thinking about Kfw 40 and on the other hand complain that 500k with [Grundstück] is a lot. That just doesn't make sense to me at all.

Yes, what does a heat pump have to do with the KfW standards?

Assuming you have about €60 in heating costs per month with KFW 55, you can calculate for yourself what 15% less primary energy demand saves you. Although this is purely a calculation on paper and has little to do with practice.

A provider currently has a "promotion" where you get the controlled residential ventilation on top for 500 euros, but in return double funding through KfW40.

I seriously doubt the promised saving from 55 to 40, is there something like Spritmonitor for new buildings, where people upload their actual energy consumption?

We also had a prefab house provider like that. Promotion with KfW40 and air-to-air heat pump, the whole thing was advertised as "the best." And yet it would have been almost €100,000 more expensive than the offer from our solid builder with KfW 55.

Some prefab house providers are starting to remind me of the kitchen sales departments in large furniture stores. And if you sign immediately, you even get the controlled residential ventilation on top, by the way, KfW 40 is standard, you don’t really do anything else anymore nowadays...
