No further comment needed, it depends on the location and condition of the house at the time of sale. I have seen existing buildings with collapsed roofs, single glazing, surface-mounted wiring and rotary light switches, which were only sold at astronomical prices via auction due to triple-digit numbers of interested buyers.... Conversely, what use is a solid construction made of 16cm of aerated concrete when the rest is polystyrene, plastic foil, etc.???? The prefabricated house manufacturers who advertise with "healthy living construction" and "ecological building materials" currently have a 2-month waiting time for a consultation appointment! Not to mention the production times....

You cannot say that in general. What is not conventionally built with bricks in our region is anyway "nothing proper." At least, that seems to be the attitude when you take a look at residential areas.

That a prefabricated house is not worse does not always play a role in practice.

Many providers like to boast about some test victories or certificates. How do you go about searching for the ideal house builder? Dull comparisons of the construction service descriptions? Word of mouth? When do alarm bells ring for you and you say: this is not the right provider? Do you look at the Bundesanzeiger, which figures might possibly give an indication for/against a provider?

Give it a try! Some things in life you have to experience and decide for yourself - this includes gathering information, gut feelings, and building trust.
