No further comment needed, it depends on the location and condition of the house at the time of sale. I have seen existing buildings with collapsed roofs, single glazing, surface-mounted wiring and rotary light switches, which were only sold at astronomical prices via auction due to triple-digit numbers of interested buyers.... Conversely, what use is a solid construction made of 16cm of aerated concrete when the rest is polystyrene, plastic foil, etc.???? The prefabricated house manufacturers who advertise with "healthy living construction" and "ecological building materials" currently have a 2-month waiting time for a consultation appointment! Not to mention the production times....I wouldn’t choose a prefabricated house just because of the resale value....
