I thought the same until yesterday. Yesterday we were able to swim very nicely in OWL. In the "paved" districts, it looked very EXTREME here. Water always finds the easiest way... nicely downhill and you could see that very well here. The street looked like a raging river :eek: Good that I don't live there myself and my house was not affected. But you could feel sorry for the residents. Therefore, I would always try to get a higher plot of land and a south-facing roof (for photovoltaics). But that is just my personal opinion.On which property? Water initially has the property that it seeps into the ground before it takes on dramatic features of flooding inside the house.
