We don't know that: Your fence is a knot line – what applies on his side you have cut off. Regardless of the specific offer, I would recommend going into hiding as soon as you have found something with which you can be quite satisfied in terms of meeting the desired points. You have to learn to endure the "risk" that something else might be even better. At some point, you have to close the deal.

But the dumpling rule applies:

It's true, you shouldn't think about it too long. However, it is a very long-term decision. Due to the shortened commute, I would like to examine this option further. But at the latest by Wednesday, the municipality will also require a decision. Either way, I can't think about it much longer :-)

"H" means house group - the usual building setback must be observed at your boundary.

The gut is a good advisor.
What does your gut say about the 15?

Ultimately, it is now the second plot (15). The deciding factors were the "hard facts." In particular:
[*]Significantly shorter commute [*]Higher preservation of property value (more sought-after location)
The gut feeling when walking the plot spoke more for the other plot. Especially since I do not have only positive memories of the construction site for No. 15. Let's see if it was still the right choice. Thank you very much for the many helpful tips.
