For us, Boris deviates by about 50%. The market prices are well around twice that amount.

If I assumed that, then I would have purchased my house without the land before renovation, including all ancillary costs, for well under €500/m² of living space. After renovation, it would be about €1000/m².

I did that - for our property (Boris-RLP). - I didn’t know it at all. Two things caught my attention: The property value would have increased by 20 - 35% according to this evaluation. HURRAY However, our house is not even marked on the existing cadastral map. But the houses of our neighboring neighbors are.

How old is the data? We built in 2014. One neighbor around the same time (started a few months earlier).
