Plastering work in new construction was poorly done, any experiences?

That's just what it says in the DIN.... And it also says how uneven the plaster is allowed to be ... and that's a lot ... with us, you couldn't even put on baseboards, it was that crooked .... According to DIN: everything perfect

Oh yes, the baseboards are also sticking out here and were now just filled with acrylic.

So this is what some of my first plastering attempts looked like (partly even worse^^). Were they professionals and if so, what had you agreed on? Were the walls very uneven beforehand?
I wouldn’t be satisfied with it either. Not if it’s from a professional and if it’s in the living area.

Yes, professionals were at work. The walls were uneven in some spots or had grooves, but strangely, the plastering was very well done in some places and not at all in others.

What quality should it be? Q2 or Q3? What did you order? ?

Only Q2 was agreed upon, but it is simply noticeable that the unevenness is mainly in the rooms plastered last, even the basement rooms are plastered more nicely.

Q2? Really then be glad that is very very smooth for Q2 :p

Light from above is also raking light. It must either be totally diffuse or come from the front.
Although more than a centimeter difference would be quite extreme. There is definitely a standard for that. Unfortunately, I don't know which one.

The light comes from the front for us, as that’s where the windows are. Right? The whole staircase is lit up because of that.

For us, the light actually comes from the front in the staircase.
The windows illuminate the entire stairway. And when I turn on the lamp, it looks even worse.

I "actually" only see the possibility that you may have them rectify it in exchange for an additional payment to be negotiated (--> compromise). Because the company basically seems to be able to plaster well if some rooms are fine.

Was it always the same employees or were the last rooms maybe plastered by trainees? I ask because you might then be able to use that as an argument.
