What quality should it be? Q2 or Q3? What did you order? ?

Couldn't the plasterer have simply applied more plaster to even it out? Why is the painter painting over it when he sees the substrate is crap? Well, now that furniture is already coming, the damage is probably done. Did you accept and pay for the whole thing? To that extent, in all interior rooms and also the facade, I would have an external expert come as soon as possible. They will then tell you according to which DIN standard this is permissible or wrong. That way you have something concrete against the contractor in hand.

Whether Q2 or Q3, the DIN standards are so lax you can't do anything about it. I know what I'm talking about; I had the entire upper floor (looked worse than yours) replastered at my own expense after moving in (had to).

Why is raking light not allowed? I only see such unevenness when the light comes from the side. I can only check a car for dents if the light is positioned accordingly.

That's just how it is in the DIN standard…. And it also states how uneven the plaster is allowed to be … and that's quite a bit … with us, you couldn't even put baseboards on because it was so crooked …. According to DIN: everything's fine

Yes, probably the craftsmen's lobby benefited a lot from that. Although you have to say with a really good spotlight and when it’s dark, grazing light is also super unforgiving. Even smaller waves then look really intense. Maybe that’s why. With glass, you also have to stand relatively far away and it’s only bad in the visible area if it’s a small scratch, otherwise they can be really long. The best is for the bricklayers. If I remember correctly, a wall may be crooked by 2-3cm over 1m in some cases. That’s just 2-3%. That’s why you should never order kitchens according to the plan.
