Rotate the house so that the garden is in the west and move the house all the way to the right, this way you maximize the garden and the front door is closer to the street. Besides, you save on house connection costs. The garden gets plenty of sun from 3-4 pm until it sets, which is more than enough.

Something like this belongs in the questionnaire under answers. Please remember this next time.

Why does the entrance have to be at the access? Should the postman first walk through the garage? If there is no other place for the garage, it can stay there and there can be a private path to the back. Otherwise, it would make sense to have the (on foot) access either on the east side (so mirrored) or even in the north. For the solution in the north, there would be X harmonious standard floor plans...

First of all, thank you for your comments.
Do you have any suggestions for the floor plan?
What is more important to you, [Speise] or [Garderobe]?

Treat yourself to the extra 40-50 cm of house so that this unlucky stairbay disappears and add the extra centimeters to the width of your kitchen/living room. In addition, the stairbay (energetically and) building-economically makes no sense, just like a partial basement. With 2 children, 100% the wardrobe. You will thank me for this decision.

Definitely the wardrobe. I find stocking up totally overrated. Honestly, everyone goes shopping at least once a week. No one lives so far out that you have to do a month’s shopping because otherwise you wouldn’t see civilization anymore. A tall cabinet with a width of 60 really holds an enormous amount of stuff. You could definitely try the monthly shopping with that. :D
