So this would be a separation into utility room (Hauswirtschaftsraum) and building services room (Haustechnik(-Raum)) (HT). Now there is also 3 m³ house connection room (HA). How much technology (or "utility") should the house have? What areas are needed for this?

Nice that you have internalized my explanation [emoji2]

To be honest, I have overlooked the utility room in your plans.
If you separate the large utility room, you get more wall space, once for technology and tools, and once for the back kitchen.

Wouldn’t it be better to use the utility room for a shower on the ground floor instead of a children's bathroom on the upper floor?

So the necessary equipment for heating (air-to-water heat pump), water storage, controlled residential ventilation, and control cabinet KNX are to be accommodated.

It should be mentioned that the utility room was additionally created because there was space, and we want to store shoes, jackets not suitable for the season, and handbags there.

So generally, only the utility room/dryer is available.
I could imagine coming through the door into a pantry area as a narrow corridor straight ahead.
Without an additional door on the right into the technical room/washing machine area.

I quickly and roughly made 2 adjustments with my MS Paint skills. Additionally, the bathroom, as I understood it with an inverted L, but as can be seen, I swapped the sinks with the bathtub.

Thoughts?

I think bad is better [emoji106]

The utility room could be a bit wider, and then, yes exactly, clean cabinets on the left and right. That looks classy

What does HA stand for for you? I was thinking of house connections now [emoji6]

I personally find the bathtub on the left wall nicer. The tub is not high at all, visually you don’t run into a wall there. The washbasins including the washbasin cabinets are much higher, but that is a matter of taste.

Best regards
