Planning single-family house - floor plans and elevations

If you possibly want a child - why do you build so sparsely for 2? Since you have 13 * 1500 € to invest, hire a planner for that, please. Your ideas are not that abnormal, something better can surely be done.

May I ask with how much costs the house is estimated? I like it very much.

What is so dreadful about looking at a staircase? We live in a society where there definitely are ;) cozy staircases that you look at gladly and willingly. However, it does not explain planning a house for 4 when there are only 2 people. A children's bathroom completes the abandonment. Plan one more room upstairs; if a family is interested when selling, the office can be converted into a children's room. Everything else is unnecessary. Otherwise, I align myself with the opinion of those above. Personally, I would question the entire orientation, without a site plan ;)

In a two-person household, operating the doors will probably be kept within limits. In an office, I don't see any problem anyway, since the door probably only protects the view into a work area ;)

I forgot to mention: views are a bit boring. A window update would be appropriate.

Also, swap the stairs with the storage once... Roll the dice accordingly upstairs ;)
