But then all the views with their labels aren't correct either - right? It would be good if such labels, etc., were accurate.

I don’t know what the others have written (didn’t want to read everything now ;) )... The cramped guest WC is terrible and I would straighten the slanted wall towards the study. I would swap the position of the sofa and TV because of the view outside :) Upstairs, the parents get more dressing room than the children get complete rooms. The question is who stays where more often and longer?! And again a parental bathroom temple and a tiny mini children’s bathroom. It gives the impression that children might not be all that wanted after all...

, those who read know that children are not planned and the rooms are only reserved for the later sale ;)

So what now? Children or no children? It would be good to know whether any will come eventually.

I think it’s nice when stairs are located in the middle of the house. That way you don’t rush straight into the front door ;) But for a later sale or repurposing (renting out the upper part) this is bad again. In your living room you can hardly rearrange later because there is a window front and the door from the kitchen. So no long walls. Personally, it would bother me if I always had to walk through piles of clothes to be able to sleep. And I don’t like children’s bathrooms :p you always have to clean them first and how long are they really used? Kids move out quickly nowadays :)

Whether a children's bathroom makes sense or not is something everyone has to decide for themselves. Personally, I don't like it when 5 people are crowded in the bathroom in the morning and all want to use the shower at the same time. I also know many children who move out of their parents' home late or not at all.

We have a children's bathroom and we even have the possibility to completely separate an area on the upper floor and create something like a small own apartment for a child. This way, a child could definitely continue to live with us together with a partner and/or +1 own child - if desired.
