There are too many plants or too much work for me too! I can already see myself buying a huge, fully grown weeping willow for 6,000 euros and fencing around the property. My plan would be not to plant so heavily on the south side and only make a privacy screen with grasses combined with posts. I need the privacy screen in the west and around the corner towards the north. 10% of the house costs is always relative. On average, however, it usually matches up as far as I have researched.

I can't imagine that you can set a flat rate regarding house costs, as there are many factors involved. Starting with the size of the plot... For 5000€, you get all the marked plants and they will be planted plus 2 terraces?

Just google "Kosten für Gartengestaltung". Then you will find plenty to read. Whether the house has a basement or not doesn't concern the garden. That's why there are of course fluctuations. In my case, they are also in the range of +-5000,- Euro.
