What I quickly noticed now:
1. How do you get into the corner behind the shower? Climb over the tub...?
2. Large hallway area, but I really don’t find the wardrobe in the corner sensible...
3. Living room and kitchen area are also large, but where does the TV go? The drawn-in furniture probably doesn’t correspond to reality.
BTW: The whole thing would probably work without the semi-circular extension. It actually doesn’t provide any added value.... except extra costs.

no. there is a wall built! the room behind the shower is a (dead space)

In short, the bathroom is very oddly planned, the children's room is relatively small, and the bedroom has a lot of wasted dead space. The hallway is huge but also of little value (similarly upstairs) for a wardrobe, and the slanted door to the utility room actually has no advantages.
The floor plan has a lot of wasted space and offers few storage options, etc.

But on the whole, you should know it beforehand, shouldn't you...? Especially in the living area. If that corner is supposed to be the place for the sofa and TV, there are really only 3 arrangement options. The one drawn so far and these two... None of the three are great...
