Only empty conduits or does the electrician lay cables directly? If not, will you do it yourself? Then good luck pulling them in later :D
If the attic is a cold roof, then LAN distribution in the attic is unfavorable (due to weather conditions and comfort), otherwise "only" comfort losses. There are definitely enough threads about LAN cabling, just plan enough sockets :).
Only empty conduits, pulling in costs an extra €175 per conduit, which I wanted to save. The attic is fully planned and developed as a living floor, insulated to KFW 40+ standard.
Sockets are planned in every room as well as once per floor on the ceiling. To relate this to this thread: also in the HAR, to be flexible when recording meter readings and maybe a washing machine will also prefer a cable rather than just wireless.
Then please define the empty conduit diameter with your electrician. For 2 x LAN cables at least M25. He should also install the conduit with as few sharp bends as possible.
Standard is DN25, should hopefully be enough for twin cables?
