I have to admit, I am not a fan of brick-faced houses, it is not common at all where we live. But now that I see the photo, the anthracite bricks and the white plaster. Clean!! No joke, it has something, brings something exclusive to the picture.
The little devil in my ear says: The combination could look too dark:
Brick Old Berlin (throughout), windows anthracite, front door system anthracite, roof gutter black/anthracite,
+ garage next to it Brick Old Berlin with sectional door anthracite
Let me guess: RAL 7016?
If you do a full cladding in this color, this could indeed be the case. An alternative would be to highlight the windows in a lighter gray that repeats in the roof tiles.
With a mixed facade, I don’t see this concern. As an eye-catcher, you can leave the windows white in part of the cladding; this usually corresponds well with the plaster facade and the darker windows there.
The little angel says: Very nice modern look, could perhaps be pimped up with a wooden element in the front door! Also probably no problems with the parapet cover and care of the white plaster surfaces.
Too much is rarely good! If you like the mixed facade, leave it as it is - at most a color adjustment of the windows below. Everything else would ruin the external impression .... just my two cents
I have to confess that I have fallen for a house that has a similar combination but a roof with almost no overhang....
Regarding the format of a city villa, I abstain from any comment ... it’s purely a matter of taste.
