I just compared the front, the stairwell at the bottom has shifted slightly upward because of the floor height, the living room on the left is a bit lower due to visibility and sofa placement. Otherwise, the street side is as before.

Have you ever googled the example "WeberFassade besenstrich essen"?
I think there you can already see a difference compared to a normal scratch plaster. Regardless of the color.

Best regards! mini

I actually like that better than the "normal" plaster. But otherwise, I can't say much about it. I wouldn't build a house without clinker bricks.

Clinker bricks would be very exotic here. But we are also closer to Tuscany than to the North Sea. Best regards! mini

It may look different and nicer, but for me a) a friendly exterior color and/or b) the interior design would be more important. The facade should look appealing, but a special plaster (except, of course, for better properties) I find absolutely overrated. It may even be that it has disadvantages compared to a smooth surface.

I would advise against using broom finish plaster as a full-surface application and at best use it for finely dosed accent areas: the trendier and/or more "avant-garde" / special a fashion accessory is, the faster it will fall out of favor, and then one regrets having to erase it again over a large area (= expensive). I dare to claim that this "wrinkle look" will have a short fashion half-life.
