Hello community,
My wife and I are currently planning a new nest for ourselves.
We bought our first house 6 years ago (built in 1966, 140m² living space, 1700m² plot)
Now we want a new one, house a bit bigger, garden a bit smaller.....
The staircase and the bathroom upstairs still bother me somehow in the floor plan. Furthermore, we would also like a simple children's bathroom.
The garden/kitchen/dining room are facing west! On the left is a half-timbered house which is used as storage, so we cannot put windows on that side of the ground floor!
Border building, gutter to gutter. The garage is tapered because it is also on a boundary!
The attic should serve as an office and possibly for offspring. The windows on the gable are still incorrectly drawn as well as the offset of the wall in the bedroom, conservatory dimensions are also not fixed yet!
Unfortunately, we are not making much progress and can't really think of how to realize it. The drawing pen needs to be used again! Our family will probably use the entrance through the garage as we are used to and use the front door less often.
We would appreciate suggestions for improvements and critiques.
