I have read through the website, but I am still stuck on the linked pages. What I still don’t fully understand is the issue with taxes. Yes, you don’t need to register a business, but what are the differences? What are the advantages/disadvantages if I register a business or if I do it without registering a business?

Otherwise, I find some evidence on the website somewhat sparse. For example, the Cloud Community:

Point 1: Which contract document is simple? The number of pages also says nothing. I find the statement sensational.
Points 2/3: I can’t make sense of that. What kind of negative experiences? Are these representative?
Point 4: Source? Although of course that is correct. Beer used to cost 50 pfennigs. What is interesting is the amount and the time frame. But as I said, just a claim without sources.

Don’t get me wrong, the site does help as it has a lot of information, or statements such as, for example, that with Senec the feed-in tariff is assigned. Would you do that with Senec? But many sources are personal opinions of forum members.

See answer Lumpi_LE.

In practice, it looks like this (just experienced with a neighbor). The electrician refuses to connect the heat pump to household electricity and wants a second meter because that's how they have always done it.

My electrician inquired with the utility company on his own initiative and got the go-ahead. The utility company's reasoning was that in our development area, no one else has a heat pump or only we have newly built.

Until someone takes the trouble to objectively evaluate the contract terms and risks, it will probably remain that way. The product "photovoltaics" with or without storage works perfectly without a third party who either profits or has money to give away.

I also have a heat pump. So your heat pump runs on VP electricity?

I have now found an explanation for my actual question:

I still do not understand the difference between Betreiber B and C.
(a) Does Betreiber B or C have to register a business?
(b) Is Betreiber C's advantage solely the option to make a special depreciation, or can only Betreiber C generally depreciate the system?
