Ditto, I only have "problems" with the modules. At first, 2m modules were supposed to come, but they are not available or only the old series with less heat pump. Then the normal larger ones are worth it because 2 more modules fit, but these are also not available. However, today I received the message that I could get 350Wp and 400Wp (expensive! +3k for +0.5kWp). So it comes down to 26x Q.Peak Duo G6 with 350Wp.

Since many people wanted to build a system before the expected 52GW cap, orders are currently piling up at the solar installers. As a result, modules are also in short supply. Hopefully, this will improve once the backlog of orders has been processed and normal operation resumes.

1. Action should always be the registration in the market master data register (even during the planning phase)! The subsidy does not come from the tax office but from the sale to the grid operator.
