I have to apologize. Although I did not post a link, I probably mentioned another forum too clearly.
I will now reply here as completely as possible so that the user is helped.
1) The E3DC like other battery storage systems for photovoltaics may be nice and good, but usually as superfluous as a goiter! (unless you build according to KfW40+ standard)
2) Fill the roof sensibly! Don't forget north-facing roofs if the roof pitch is under 30°.
Calculate the expected yields with an appropriate tool.
Currently, prices per kWp ready on the roof are apparently somewhat higher (supply & demand), but should certainly be at around net 1100-1200 € maximum per kWp WITHOUT battery. If well above 10 kWp (don’t be afraid of that!), then something around 1000 € or less is possible. There is NO 10 kWp hurdle, only a small threshold (proportional Renewable Energy Act). Between 10.01 and 12 kWp is inconvenient, then build 9.99. Up to about 35 kWp is O.K., then limit with the inverter to 30 kWp due to additional effort/costs.
I really am afraid to mention that word PVG.. even though it is neither advertising nor a link, but I like the forum and I don’t want to be locked out.
As said, more knowledge elsewhere
