I'm bumping this whole thing up. This week the scaffolding is coming down and I'm planning the gutter in front of the door. The gutter is intended purely as an emergency gutter in case of an extreme heavy rain. The neighbor still had two Wiltec gutters left over. Now I need a bit of collective intelligence on how to connect it most cleverly.

Option 1: drainage downward (hole would be to the left of the slabs)

The problem here is that I only have about 5.5 cm of space underneath. So a KG pipe won't fit under there. Also, it has a special size with about 7.5 cm outer diameter. Does anyone know a 90-degree piece or a suitable inlet?

Option 2: sideways

I would turn the pipe downwards and of course use an 87-degree elbow. The problem here is hiding the pipe properly. That's why the other option is preferred, but if nothing suitable is found there, I would take this option. The outlet here has about 6 cm outer diameter; does anyone know something smaller that would fit properly here and later can be adapted to KG?

I would choose option 1 but place the gutter directly in front of the line of the house wall, then you don’t have the problem with space under the gutter and can easily connect a KG pipe. The paving stones will then be cut between the gutter and the door.

Personally, I don’t find a gutter in front of the front door (at least it looks like the main entrance door to me) really nice and would recommend a shoe scraper with a floor tray. Available from ACO. It also has a connection option to the wastewater below. Just an idea.

The idea to place the gutter forward is something we have already had. My girlfriend is moderately enthusiastic about it. I would have to clarify the idea with the scraper accordingly. But the gutter would of course already be there ;)

In the meantime, another idea occurred to me. There is a rubber ring included that should fit the side opening on DN75. I could hide that more easily than a 110mm KG pipe.

But even with DN75, you would have to shorten the paving stone significantly in height. You would have to see how many centimeters remain; otherwise, the stone can of course break much more easily there.

I would buy a shallower gutter where you can still get a proper bend at the bottom. And not fiddle something together just because the neighbor still had leftovers.

We're talking about not even 100 EUR here. That should still be doable, right?

The problem is that I only have 15-16cm. Flat gutters are specified at 5.5cm, so there are 10cm left for a possible adapter and 90-degree bend. That is very little. For the DN75 bend, I found a build height of 130mm. But I don't want to use a smaller diameter; if the gutter needs drainage, it will get really complicated.
