Pave a 100m² driveway

If the weather allows it this afternoon, I will start with our driveway. 16x6m. The plan is to have the curbstones set within the next 14 days.

I also have a question about paving or the preparation.
Our house needs to be filled about ~ 50 cm above the existing ground level. Do I also have to remove the topsoil (30-50 cm) for the access path or can I create the base layer on top of it?

Best to use recycling material for that, otherwise it will get damn expensive.

At about 90 cm build-up height, I could fill the first 50 cm with filler soil/filler gravel sand, right?

That costs at least half.
