An update:

The planning is in full swing, now all trades have been requested and the building services are in place.

Potable water, ventilation, emergency heating and active cooling with one device.

The building application and the thermal insulation certificates are currently being prepared.

One more update:

Today the starting signal was given, the house is to be erected in week 48, with the windows and doors installed at the same time.

This way the building envelope is closed and the trades ventilation, sanitation, and electrical can begin.

At the same time, I am starting with the carport and the terrace roofing.

The energy certificate and the building application are also just finished.

Another update:

Today the application for the KFW funding arrived; the annual primary energy consumption is 9.9 KWh (m2a) x 127m2, that makes my heart laugh!

What is your wind turbine doing? I told my girlfriend about mine and immediately said I want one too [emoji3]

Well, you can't exactly call ours a passive house, but it's not that bad either :-)
