Width of toilet approx. 1.00m
Width of walk-in shower approx. 1.80m - 2.00m
(the length you need for two washbasins + towel holder)
Width of shower entrance 0.80m
= 3.60 - 3.80 space requirement
Thus optimal to place the arrangement along the longer wall. Bathtub then at the top left corner.
Something like that.... The window could then be a clerestory window spanning the entire width of the wall. Or it could end just before the toilet. Or be floor-to-ceiling between the bathtub and the toilet. Or you leave the window in the shower and choose frosted glass.
Unfortunately, I need the window on the north side. With you, it would be in the shower. Then the window will always get wet. I don't think that's ideal. It's a pity that the measurements aren't the other way around.

Is the window on the north side at least flexible? How much wall do you 'need' to the left and right of the window? Should it still be the deep doorless space-wasting shower? Is the room door fixed? 86 cm wide or a 70 cm width?
Maybe like this? The blue line counts at the Tö
You place the bathtub in front of the shower wall. You can have the bathtub bricked up at the edge, then it will be flush with the depth of the shower and you’ll have a bit of decorative (display) space. Theoretically, you can even install a skylight in the shower wall or have the wall end at about 1.80 meters to allow enough light into the shower.
