So, a 1.2m shower is too much?

I estimate about 120 (+70 passage) in length, but only 100 in width. For showering together, 120 width might be nice, but otherwise, that's really generously big.

Pre-run something like this?

About the shower: We have a 1.0x1.2m area. The 1.2m is separated from the bathroom by a 60cm glass wall, the remaining 60cm serves as the entrance.
That is more than enough. Water splashes out, but we have a towel lying there for that. That's another matter, it couldn't be helped.
But I would never have thought that 1.0m width would be too narrow for me. And I'm not exactly the slimmest guy...

Common dimensions:
Walk-in shower: 1m x 1.60m (1.50m also works)
Passages 70 to 90cm
Plan door widths at 90cm – do not let door leaves hit each other when opened
Running directly into a wall upon entry is unpleasant.

I think the proposal from in #57 is very good! Since the planning here sometimes depends on centimeters: would installation walls still need to be placed somewhere?

You wouldn't make the partition longer than 1.2m, or what do you mean?
