Here are the first photos. One with the first primer coat (from the previous day) and after the first paint coat (immediately afterwards).

[*]What I seriously underestimated in terms of time: With the colored component (A), the paint pigments had settled at the bottom of the bucket. It took over half an hour until they dissolved again by alternately stirring with the mixer and scraping with a wooden stick. Maybe the paint was also not well premixed by the manufacturer. But you should plan for that or check it in advance. It was also good that I had two batteries with the cordless drill. That might be something to keep in mind as well.

[*]I found it easier not to spread the paint in serpentine lines but rather as individual paint puddles/dabs. The dosing was easier this way. I (tried to) spread the primer in serpentine lines. That was very uneven, and due to the lack of experience, the primer ran low towards the end. You can first spread the dabs at larger intervals and then dab further in between. For the edges, I took paint from the dabs with the brush. That worked quite well.

[*]Our garage is about 20 m². It went quite well to paint it in one go (including painting the edges with the brush beforehand). However, I wouldn’t recommend more square meters as an inexperienced person. I managed the processing time quite well, but since there is some sunlight in the front of the garage, you should work quickly. The paint dabs left slight edges where the sun was shining in the front. But the morning sun was also shining on that. Unfortunately, I was a bit late due to the delay caused by stirring. I will carefully sand the edges before the last coat. I think the edges will no longer be visible afterward.

What a color choice but it looks very even in the pictures.

If you zoom in on the front third, you can see the edge seam. A small optical flaw, well. Otherwise, it worked quite well. And thanks for the color compliment. We wanted something lively . However, it will probably be a bit darker. The photo is still in the wet state. The shade is RAL 3005 (wine red)

Where did you buy it? The suppliers I contacted directly emphasized that their goods are always fresh (yet they pointed out this issue and the necessity of stirring).
