Malli is right, I am adding my own (recent) experiences with a 2k epoxy resin sealing system, with which I sealed our precast concrete garages. 1. Create a dust-free and grease-free surface (sweep, vacuum). 2. Tape off the base. 3. Prime with 2k system, sprinkle quartz sand as an adhesion promoter into the wet coat. 4. The next day, first coat with 2k system in the desired color. 5. The next day, second coat with the 2k system in the desired color, optionally sprinkle color chips/decorative chips into the wet coat. 6. The next day, apply colorless 2k top seal. After another 12 hours (depending on the weather), the surface can be walked on; at the latest after 72 hours, the car can be parked.
General: Stir the first component (especially important if it is colored), if necessary transfer to another container, then add the second component and stir (mechanically stir, drill/cordless screwdriver). Then spread the mixture in snakes on the floor; curing generates heat, which may not be dissipated effectively enough in the container, this can shorten the pot life. Then paint the baseboard with a small roller or brush the corners, then roll the surface. The work tools (rollers, brushes) are consumables—the stuff hardens and can only be thrown away afterwards.
I recommend safety goggles (at least when stirring) and body-covering clothing and gloves, otherwise, in my opinion, it is not particularly critical.
There are specialized shops on Ebay (search terms 2k epoxy, 2k sealing and similar), which also run their own websites. I found the hardware store offerings rather unsatisfactory and somewhat expensive. The whole thing including everything cost me about 11 euros/m².
