We will specify the complete drywall including filling work, the painting work, and the laying of the floors.
The amount allocated for this is €23,900
Drywall incl filling work: €16,000
Painting work: €6,900
Floors: €2,000

We would have liked to include the paving of the terrace and entrance area/parking space as well, but the bank didn’t want that anymore...

But you do realize that you don’t get the materials for free, right?

On the topic of effort, here is a small reference to my experience report on floor insulation:
Summary: about 110 hours of work for approximately 185m² of living space. Savings of about €1,500 (labor). That makes €13.64 savings per hour of effort. Of course, it could have been done faster, but probably not in the quality we wanted.

That is clear.
It’s about the pure labor costs:

15.2 143.500 m² processing of finishing material interior wall including filling Q2: €3,855.65
15.3 104.500 m² processing of finishing material beam ceiling including filling Q2: €2,935.34
15.4 136.000 m² processing of finishing material sloping roof including filling Q2: €3,966.16
Total 15. Drywall construction: €15,582.51

Floors:
17.1 100m² laying laminate/vinyl flooring: €2,000

The material is delivered to us and invoiced separately.

Ok, the drywall seemed quite a lot to me. We paid significantly less for labor and materials. However, for us it was only the upper floor ceiling (solid construction).

Ok, of course you must not compare the entire drywall construction with the drywall construction of the upper floor ceiling^^

However, with us, it must be mentioned that I am a trained carpenter and do trust myself to do the work within a manageable time
Not everyone has that advantage, of course

590 m² drywall ... are you already done with it or do you still have it ahead of you? Sanding (material), filling (material) are you also getting that delivered? Are you also installing the drywall yourselves? But then the coordination with other trades depends on that. Electrical/plumbing installation etc.
