but it quite often goes pretty wrong as well. I have two examples from the nearby area.

3) I thought I wouldn’t need a construction road at all, because our property is the first in the new development area and directly on a finished street
Construction road is often included in the construction service description or in the earthworks and concerns the driveway on the unfinished property so that trucks and co. can also dock at your place.
That will probably be agreed and implemented directly on site with the craftsman, it is then cheaper than directly through Eco.
But it still has to be factored in. Cheaper doesn’t mean “for free”… quite a few things add up: external power, facade lamp, two-way switch and bedroom and living areas, switch days sockets, satellite system, 20 multi-socket outlets, and you’re at 5000.
I noticed the tiler: nicer corner trims, different laying, larger tiles, baseboards…
Otherwise it fits quite well on average.
Exterior facilities could be tight if a fence is added. That’s not without cost if you have it done.
Did I read anything about carport/garage/storage room?
