Hello,

I have attached exterior pictures as well as floor plans of our first offer. However, we do not want the access from the dressing room to the bathroom on the upper floor. There may still be some changes, but this is currently our starting point. Any tips are welcome and will surely be helpful here and there

That is already good. What is the price per sqm included with you? How about the other floor coverings? That is a good approach – I would definitely recommend controlled residential ventilation to you.

@doc.snaggles: of course there are no limits upwards for flooring. For me, only the ratio between the cost blocks doesn't fit. Laminate or tiles are usually estimated at 20-30 euros per m2 when a general contractor calculates it. Of course, you can get something for 5 euros at the hardware store and from your designer something for 500 euros per m2.

25€/sqm are included in the offer. We can source the tiles wherever we want, which is very good since a friend works in a building materials wholesaler and we will probably get them through him, just like the rest of the sanitary fixtures. The installer will then install them, which is also included in the offer.

I think we will have the still open basement rooms tiled directly for an additional price, then we will be finished there.

We are not quite sure yet; definitely parquet in the living and dining rooms. Possibly also in the upstairs hallway and bedroom. The children's room is still to be considered.

: That is correct. We also went to our equipment consultation and wanted to choose tiles and laminate. We ended up with porcelain stoneware and parquet... I just want to point out that there can be sharp cost increases here without any problems.

Thank you for the info, we are aware of that.
As is often the case in life, the nice stuff usually costs more... But especially the flooring is supposed to last longer and stay inside...
