So, I had already brought up the matter of the children's rooms and said that if it really turns out that we want children after all, and if there are two, then the rooms will be enough for the beginning. If they become too small, one can always, when the child is around 13 or so, accommodate them downstairs in the basement and then knock down the wall between the two upstairs rooms and make it into one. Personally, at home I first had a small room of 18 sqm together with my sister. And in addition, an upstairs playroom with almost 30 sqm. Later, a 30 sqm room, which in my opinion is much too big. For my part, I think the rooms are big enough to sleep in, do homework, and read. A playroom is then perhaps also planned in the basement. With the existing heating, you can create an absolutely great playroom, and the rooms are clean for sleeping...
The pellet storage can still be enlarged by the adjacent planned room. So no problem. We don’t need to go into the pellet storage itself, since the pellets are sucked up.
I want an open kitchen because we always used to do our homework at the dining table while mom was cooking. Everyone as they are used to :o)
The door to the living room will probably not be used often, but I just want to be able to close it when someone is watching TV in the living room and someone is sitting in the dining room wanting to talk... It’s worth the money to me to be able to have peace when I want it.
Getting up is quite different due to his and my shifts. However, we have already gotten used to preparing our clothes the night before in the apartment, but in principle a very good idea which I will discuss with our architect.
