I don't watch RTL2 or any other Hartz4 shows!!! No one can convince me that you don't use swear words! But I certainly don't make anything up. Where I come from, people constantly insult or tease each other with, for example: oh, you little dumb one.... , when someone has been fooled, or in your words, when someone has been teased, fooled, tricked.... Everyone knows, however, that this was not an insult or meant badly. It's just common and accepted here. So let people be people and stop trying to improve the world! You can't change a person, especially not if they have lived like that for the last 30 years.

Still, one can maintain a minimum level of decency in public spaces, right? Of course, you can talk like that with your friends, but not with strangers. The word that [Neige] removed is more than inappropriate... and far from what one uses (even if one means it humorously). This also applies to terms related to sexual preferences.

Well, anyway.... it has become extremely off-topic. I ask an admin or mod to delete all the recent posts that have nothing to do with the topic. So that everything becomes clear again and maybe can help others as well.

Hi, I received another offer today with a normal loan. For comparison, I asked to increase the rate by €400 from the 11th year onwards. (Like with the building savings contract)

Financing amount: €355,000

KFW = €100,000 - Interest 1.25/1.26% - Repayment 2.86% - Duration 20 years - €342.50/month
Bank = €255,000 - Interest 2.05/2.07% - Repayment 2.00% - Duration 20 years - €860.63/month

Total therefore €1203.13 per month
Bank: €400 more per month from 2027.

Special repayment at the bank: up to 5% p.a. and 2 times free repayment change

Remaining debt after 20 years:

KfW: €32,413.33 - expected end 2045
Bank: €77,201.64 - expected end 2042

Thus loan term 29 years, compared to building savings contract 22 years

What do you think of the offer?

This probable end only applies if the interest rates and thus the payment remain the same, right?
