I have no idea what the pictures are supposed to convey. Where is the other half of the semi-detached house supposed to go? Who will build it?
A real site plan with the sketched house and/or an excerpt from Google Maps would be more helpful. Preferably with a north arrow.
Is the street oriented N / S / E / W? Or in the gradations NE, NW, SE, SW?
I have never seen the property. So more information is actually always necessary to understand you.

You don’t need to cover neighboring houses - just google Friesenhausentscheidung - I would only pixelate people.
A picture in which no one except the person who took it can find their way around has an information value of zero point zero zero zero. That’s clowning around.
