I have no idea what the pictures are supposed to show. Where is the other half of the semi-detached house supposed to go? Who is going to build that?
A real site plan with the sketched-in house and/or a screenshot from Google Maps would probably help more. Preferably with a north arrow.
Is the street oriented N / S / E / W? Or in gradations NE, NW, SE, SW?
I have never seen the plot. So more information is actually always necessary to understand you.

Two things worry me a bit... but are hard for me to estimate: the garden will always be shady, but this could change with a higher sun position in summer. Light can also come in from the south side. 2. that it might be cool and damp in the garden because of this. However, this can also be an advantage, as it won't get too hot. It is already a rather warmth-favored region.
