thanks for looking anyway! And yes, I had already seen that I posted in the wrong place. I was at the Baltic Sea in a bungalow that supposedly had 52sqm, but it was probably only just under 30 and the doors for the kitchen and bedroom both opened outwards and kept getting stuck on each other. That was.... That was really too small ;D

We also have "only" 99 sqm net living space (110 sqm in total) and even have one room "left over" and it is more than enough for us.

many thanks for your comment. After being on the forum for a while, I can assess everything a bit better. We are now very happy with our floor plan. It was rearranged once again.

I now live in a 51 sqm apartment and manage more than well (except for the 3rd floor without an elevator) and no. 2 lives in a shared flat room.

For us, the house, even with the small area, is pure luxury. Even if money played no role, we might have 10 sqm more, but that is enough.

I understood that barrier-free living on such a small floor area only works to a limited extent, so we discarded that for now.

The building application has been at the office since mid-April and we hope it will start soon.

This is our floor plan. It has proven itself very well… The room, what is too much upstairs I would have needed downstairs.. but that was the compromise.. Now in practical life I don’t even notice the missing room downstairs and the extra room is a junk room

that looks very nice! Because of the home office, we have a small office downstairs and two bedrooms upstairs. Let's see how it will look "in real life." I think the house will be ready around December (if the building permit comes soon). And before anyone asks, nope, I don't dare to post the floor plan here, my nerves are too weak, haha. It's good for us this way and that's enough for me.
