Thank you very much, it really is a wonderful place to live :)
Hehe, for now the chubby phase is definitely over, it was all very intense the last few years.
We are actually quite active on Instagram with our garden account and this year we are also opening our (one) garden gate for the first time.

The house is 8*8.5 meters. I just looked again at what counts as pure house costs.

So without the kitchen and without ancillary construction costs, we paid about €291,000. According to the building application, we have 102 m² of living space. That would be about €2852 per m² of living space.
With high-quality hemp insulation, solid wood planks upstairs, somewhat fancier light switches for us, a shower toilet, a black toilet, and an extra charge for a few black fittings. The machines and tools we had to buy for the finishing work are also included. We were able to sell some of that again.

With all ancillary construction costs, but without land etc., it was about €320,000.

Many thanks ;) Nope, it wasn’t enough to become an influencer :D Unfortunately, I don’t have a discount coupon for anything. But I have won at least 100 iPhones, with which we simply financed the house. Just kidding...

Thanks for your kind words, it was really fun to document the entire house construction and I’m currently organizing all the work on Insta into highlights, because we mainly did Stories and didn’t post much. So that it wasn’t for nothing.

I really wake up every morning so happy, I look directly into the forest from my bed and it’s simply magical!

Yes, the neighbors’ gardens can definitely be designed to be a bit more natural, but I am already working on that. We have actually become very good friends with two others here and in one garden valuable native wild shrubs are already growing, and in spring we will build a butterfly spiral together.

But for now it’s more like a Winter Wonderland..

And the view from the panoramic window :)

Oh, what a pity. Well, here it’s been really busy since the end of March – if you know what I mean ;)

You have it nice!
