Well, that leaves around 60 sqm without interior walls on the ground floor. That's quite a challenge. That's also why I asked about already existing plans.

What is particularly important to you? The south terrace, minimizing construction costs, distance to the forest, distance to neighbors? You have the choice! Here is my interpretation of your plans and statements: Since I do not value a south-facing garden:

Sixty-eight square meters of built-up area result in approximately fifty-four square meters of living space on the ground floor, together probably only about eighty-one, even with a generous knee wall hardly more than ninety - indeed, the question of concrete proof of sufficiency almost insistently arises. Building only a midsize tiny house on 589 sqm x floor area ratio 0.4 x II borders on land waste.

That rather sounds like a shed roof on a straight-wall "knee wall."

First of all, thanks to everyone who took the time, I read everything carefully!

yes, our little house is small. Less to clean and I don’t like such huge rooms, I always feel a bit lost in them.
Both people living here don’t even reach 1.65m, so maybe we have a bit more space than tall people then.
Also, there are only two of us and we will definitely stay two.
I calculated and downstairs we have about 57.8 sqm.
I’m also living now in 52 sqm and still alive.

With the connection via the neighboring property, honestly, I don’t understand that? We have a house connection at the driveway.
I didn’t find anything about a tree-fall boundary, but I’m attaching the entire development plan.
EDIT: I can’t attach it, but if interested, it is very easy to find online under development plan Wünsdorfer Sonnengärten.

Posting my planned floor plan here after the reactions to our midsize tiny house being called land waste – I don’t know.
It is also not finished yet and I hope to get help from the architect (who is included with our provider) to fit everything in (since the house is tiny).

We are currently asking various providers about the lines, thanks for the tip about the 15m.

Go ahead. I’m always happy when someone tries to accommodate all needs in a small space and I like to support that very much. Planning 160+ houses is a bit boring.
And if too many rudenesses annoy you, just block the user... and everyone stays happy
