Your explanations do not improve the design. There are niches that are short and wide so that everyone can reach, yours becomes a bottleneck if even two people want to hang up their jackets. The person in the back can no longer easily get out of the corridor, which is no longer that wide sideways due to the hallway closet. The dressing room definitely does not fit with Pax, even less so with wardrobe doors.

Okay. :)

So would you say either the dressing room and wardrobe at least half a meter wider or leave it? And also the corridor downstairs 15-20 cm wider? Or even more?

Or just back to the old design, since everything in the walkways is more spacious there! we should be able to easily accommodate 8.99 to 10.49?!

I personally would go back to the other draft, however I do not know the points mentioned there - I will take another look at it tonight and address them :)

The previous design is better in every respect. You have a generous entrance area without restricted corridors, on the upper floor both children's rooms on one side, a seemingly sufficiently wide dressing room with a separate entrance from the hallway, a bathroom with decent dimensions. The discussed deficiencies are minor and partly fixable, some are based on misrepresentation due to the orientations of the plans. I would try moving the bathroom back and forth, preferably making templates. For example, I see the washbasins next to the window. Views and measurements would be good.
Regarding the storage room: I do not see 2 shelves there, but a deep shelf on the outer wall. In front of it or on the side wall, brooms and other hooks can hang. I would do without the window; with a [KawL] you will have exhaust air there.
Better a small disadvantage behind a door than a large one in the hallway.
In the hallway, I would plan a built-in wardrobe along the length, also a door for your shoes ;)
I would have the door hinged exactly as drawn, as possibly the wall on the right will remain free or something small will stand there. In that case, you would have more room for entering and exiting.

Regarding the outside entrance area: I do not find it inviting at all, nor would I if I were invited to your place for the first time. A stranger also has no business in a stranger’s carport – therefore I would take the path around the house and end up at the terrace ;)
Google “front door” and look at the pictures.

But ultimately you have to feel comfortable. If you do not want to send visitors signals like “this is the way to the abc family,” then a hidden entrance is better.

Good luck
