Optimal house orientation north property

I need some help with how we can best position our house. The plot is 498 sqm. The size of the house should be between 150 -160 sqm. We just sketched it on the plan, but the dimensions of the foundation slab are not fixed. The garage can be built right on the boundary, and otherwise, a setback of three meters from the boundary must be observed. We have now drawn two ideas. Can you tell me which option you like better? The first option is nicer, I think, regarding the afternoon sun. I consider the narrow terrace strip to the west dispensable, prefer a slightly larger terrace to the south. And definitely ensure the possibility for shading

Yes, I know that's a bit annoying, but we don't know how we could change it. The garage is directly on the property line and the house is right next to it. On the right side was also the front door. So if we move the garage further forward, we don't know where the front door should go.

Placing the garage directly in the corner often means exceeding the max. allowable edge development. Common is 9m. With 7 + 4.5 you'd already be at 11.5m. Is that permitted for you?

How do you get to the front door in the 2nd variant?
