[*]Why is there no straight wall on the upper floor? There should be enough space for that. By the way, the hallway on the upper floor is rather narrower.
[*]Otherwise, a few more measurements would be nice to be able to evaluate the dressing room and the bedroom, etc.
[*]You should reconsider the window in the shower.
[*]The wardrobe is a bit small.
[*]Can you walk under the stairs to the garage?! Have someone provide you with a section drawing.
[*]What is the clear room height of the floor finish on the ground floor? 18.3 with 15 risers seems low.
[*]What kind of window is in the WC and where do the guests come from?
[*]Measurements on the ground floor would be nice.

It would have been nice if you had provided a few more details according to the thread .

In any case, I would probably place both children's rooms facing south and the parents' bedroom at the top of the plan in the north.

I consider windows in the shower area counterproductive.

Unfortunately, no window sill heights are visible either; in any case, I would find it uncomfortable and impractical to have a window above the head of the bed (parents).

The furnishing in the living area seems unrealistic to me and everything quite cramped. Why an externally attached fireplace?

Hello, here’s my two cents: - Slanted walls on the upper floor are nonsense and need to be straightened. There’s still enough space for the door in front of the stairs. - I would also move the bedroom next to the bathroom to create a better separation from the children's rooms. - I also find the wardrobe too small. With 2 kids, I imagine that’s awful. I would consider sacrificing the whole or part of the pantry for it. It’s located a bit inconveniently around the corner anyway. - The pantry should be accessible directly from the kitchen. - I would probably put a door between the hallway and the living room. Otherwise, it would be too uncomfortable and too open for me. If someone comes in through the garage, they’re practically already in the living room. That feels like a pigeon coop. - Expensive storage space above the utility room – does that have a deeper purpose? Do you have to climb up with a ladder? Huge room without proper access – I find that a waste.

Thank you very much. The suggestions are really helpful. Parapet height window in the bedroom 1.50 The living room wall we have already extended to mount the TV etc. there and thereby arrange the furniture in the living room differently. Where the pantry is now, the following change has been made: it will become a niche for the wardrobe and access to the pantry through a sliding door in the kitchen. Better? Yes, the good storage space is our biggest concern. Door upstairs would be ideal. But where? Unfortunately, there is no space. Only EST in the garage remains. Or do you have suggestions? Access from the garage to the house is virtually under the stairs. Children's room to the north because our teenager is 16 and next to the bedroom is the younger child, 5. In the guest room the studying daughter who only appears sporadically on weekends
