Obtain a demolition order against yourself?

Are you sure that you need his permission for the demolition on your property? Who owns the [Stadl]? Is it completely on his property or also on yours? Why should you need a building permit for the [Stadl] to demolish your house?

The barn is directly connected to the residential building and this connection still stands about 1m on my property. The majority of the barn is on the neighboring property and therefore belongs to the neighbor. According to the building authority, I need a building application for partial demolition for the remaining barn, including structural analysis.

Office is, I believe, already the right direction, but not necessarily the official channel. Is there no parliamentary group leader or district council candidate who can be enthused for the threat to be warded off?

Well, caution is advised. In the end, they might come up with the idea that the thing is at risk of collapsing and you have to maintain it so that it doesn’t collapse and no longer poses a danger. Then you have costs and may not be allowed to demolish it anyway.
