It is a matter for negotiation, we only know your side of the story, you have interests, apparently so does the neighbor. If a lawyer, then one who has good connections with the authorities. The authorities cannot run your business, but must act in a way that is best for the common good. So the demolition object must pose a real danger. Or it must be urban-planning desirable that something happens there and a danger is prevented. The best way is via balancing interests. Neighbor, what is yours, what is mine, where do we meet? Karsten
