And just a reminder that you are talking about all sorts of things here, but not about spots. These have the characteristic that they illuminate only at a point (Spot = point), but you want more of a wide area (120° beam angle), which is also okay, but then those are simply not spots. Say ceiling spotlight or downlight if it absolutely has to be in English.

Apart from that, I can only advise everyone not to take these cheap inexpensive recessed spotlights with measly 300 - 400 lumens. A good LED spotlight produces about 100 lumens per watt, yours only about 60. I use some myself with around 1100 lumens, but they are dimmable and adjustable in color temperature. They usually run at around 40%, but can be really bright if needed.

We will also assume 3000K as the color temperature EVERYWHERE. In my opinion, this is "nicer" than the usual warm white which generally has 2700K...

Take a look at the Ansorg Coray series for ceiling installation for the hallway. Two units are enough for the hallway if you use the living area as a reference. We achieve extremely pleasant, color-true, and even lighting with these. Diameter and installation height should be considered. Actually, it is retail lighting - but simply done superbly. If anyone notices: yes, the lamps and square heating elements are not centered in a line.

But there's also a third light missing in the middle. And yes, the offset heaters, argh.
