And just a reminder that you are talking about all sorts of things here, but not about spots. These have the characteristic that they illuminate only at a point (Spot = point), but you want more of a wide area (120° beam angle), which is also okay, but then those are simply not spots. Say ceiling spotlight or downlight if it absolutely has to be in English.
Apart from that, I can only advise everyone not to take these cheap inexpensive recessed spotlights with measly 300 - 400 lumens. A good LED spotlight produces about 100 lumens per watt, yours only about 60. I use some myself with around 1100 lumens, but they are dimmable and adjustable in color temperature. They usually run at around 40%, but can be really bright if needed.
